The first one of the Monterey Productivity hacks is the build in screenshot tool.
With CMD ( ⌘ ) + Shift + 3 you immediately get a picture of your whole screen.
With CMD ( ⌘ ) + Shift + 4 you are able to choose the frame you want to screenshot. If you are also pressing CTRL down, then the screenshot will be copied into your clipboard and it wont save it on the desktop. I love and use that a lot.
With CMD ( ⌘ ) + Shift + 5 you get a frame and more options to make a screenshot.
When the screenshot is done, you are able to adjust it as you like, for instance if you want to show something, then add an arrow, maybe in red. And if you want to write or draw something, then you can also do that with your ipad or your iphone. Or add a signature.

The second productivity hack is to use Apple Airdrop.
Its like magic, if you have something on your phone like photos, and you want to use it immediatly than you are able to airdrop it to your destination device.

The third hack is handoff.
It let you start your email on your phone and continue it on your mac or ipad. It also works with safari, for instance if you have to fill in something and don’t want to use your iphone keyboard, then switch to your mac on the down rightside, there is the icon to open your handoff app.

The fourth hack is spotlight.
You are able to open spotlight with CMD + Spacebar.
It is like magic, if you look for something, or if you want to open an app, start typing the name and it will show up. Spotlight is my tool to open apps and safari windows, so i dont have to click around and waste time.
