Increase your productivity with the Eisenhower Principle

The Eisenhower principle or matrix is a powerful tool for time, project management, and stress relief.
It is very a very simple matrix. There are only four quadrants.
IMPORTANT AND URGENT
If something is important and urgent, then do it now!
Its the necessity, such as real crises, deadline-driven activities, last-minute tasks, true emergencies
Reduce that because your time may be externally driven.

IMPORTANT BUT NOT URGENT
If something is important but not urgent, then plan and schedule it! That should be the focus, so you can manage your precious time.
Vision, Mission, Strategy, Objectives, and Professional Development. That’s your quality time.

NOT IMPORTANT BUT URGENT
If something is not important but urgent, then avoid or delegate it!
For instance, Meeting other people’s expectations, interruptions like calls and emails.
non-emergency crisis

NOT IMPORTANT NOT URGENT
If something is whether important nor urgent, then eliminate it!
Procrastinating, Time wasters, Doing something else, like organizing your folder structure.
